A relaxing massage that includes shoulders, neck, upper back and arms, face ears and scalp.

A lovely way to try a short session of this relaxing massage. This can also be combined with either a taster or full session of Reflexology.

Reflexology Lymph Drainage 

RLD is a specialist reflexology technique which stimulates specific lymphatic reflexes on the feet. Primarily it helps with the management of secondary lymphoedema after having treatment from breast cancer but has also found to be effective in treating clients with autoimmune conditions such as fibromyalgia, ME, Psoriasis, Arthritis, IBS, Eczema, Digestive issues, Migraines and many more. Some common symptoms of a congested lymphatic system are... Dry skin, Itching, Feeling tired, Bloating, Swollen glands, Brain fog, Headaches/migraine, Constipation/diarrhoea, Swollen limbs, Anxiety/depression.
