REFLEXOLOGY LYMPH DRAINAGE 

RLD is a specialist reflexology technique which stimulates specific lymphatic reflexes on the feet. Primarily it helps with the management of secondary lymphoedema after having treatment from breast cancer but has also found to be effective in treating clients with autoimmune conditions such as fibromyalgia, ME, Psoriasis, Arthritis, IBS, Eczema, Digestive issues, Migraines and many more.
